Event Details

Children can go from best friends to deadly enemies overnight – and then back to best friends again!

Join us in this class to gain a greater understanding of the different steps of your child’s emotional development, how it can affect their friendships, and what you can do to help.

We’ll also look at bullying to understand why some children show bullying behaviours and what you can do to support your child if they’re being bullied.

In this class you will learn:

  • The important ages and stages of your child’s emotional development and the impact this has on making friends
  • Practical strategies to support your child with friendship problems
  • Types of bullying and how to spot the signs your child might be being bullied
  • Ideas to tackle bullying – whether your child is the bully or the victim

About our classes:

Our online parenting classes all run on Zoom and last for around 60 minutes. A friendly coach will be ready to greet you when you join to share the key points you’ll be covering during the session.

Your class will reflect on research and current thinking as well as sharing practical ideas you can use at home. There will also be time for you to ask any questions, but don’t worry, we’ll never put you on the spot or expect you to talk.
