Event Details

We enjoy using devices for communicating, connecting and learning, but are you worried about the time your child is spending in front of a screen? Join us in this class to discuss screen time behaviour.

This class gives you ideas to manage your children’s levels of use, and reduce tensions and arguments about screen time.

In this class you will learn:

  • Recommended screen time limits for different ages
  • Strategies to manage screen time amounts at home
  • What current research is telling us
  • How to reduce family arguments about screen time

About our classes:

Our online parenting classes all run on Zoom and last for around 60 minutes. A friendly coach will be ready to greet you when you join to share the key points you’ll be covering during the session.

Your class will reflect on research and current thinking as well as sharing practical ideas you can use at home. There will also be time for you to ask any questions, but don’t worry, we’ll never put you on the spot or expect you to talk.
