Dealing with child anger and aggression can push us to our limits.

This class explores how emotions drive behaviour. You’ll learn strategies to help your child cope with their anger and find simple ways to calm down emotionally charged situations.

In this class you will learn:

  • Calming strategies to help your child when they feel angry
  • Common anger triggers for children and how to avoid them
  • How to look after your own health and wellbeing
  • Simple tips to help your child stay in control of strong feelings

About our classes:

Our online parenting classes all run on Zoom and last for around 60 minutes. A friendly coach will be ready to greet you when you join to share the key points you’ll be covering during the session.

Your class will reflect on research and current thinking as well as sharing practical ideas you can use at home. There will also be time for you to ask any questions, but don’t worry, we’ll never put you on the spot or expect you to talk.
