Clare Edmondson is a Principal Team Teach trainer and qualified therapist (MBCAP) with a strong practical background in education and specialist therapeutic work.
She began her career as a teacher in West London and moved into alternative provision, developing expertise within AP settings. Clare has worked across mental health residential services and with fostering and adoption agencies, bringing trauma-informed practice and behaviour support skills to complex care environments.
Combining her teaching experience with therapeutic training, Clare offers practical, real-world insight into school environments and designs interventions that work in classrooms as well as clinical settings.
She runs counselling and a range of therapeutic interventions, specialising over the past five years in supporting neurodiverse individuals and delivering tailored programmes for neurodiverse learners. Clare translates clinical knowledge into clear, effective practice for schools, residential services and family placements.
